Unfold Your Mat

Unfold Your Mat is a boutique yoga studio in Gothenburg, Sweden, founded by Lavinia Parcalab in 2015. Located near Skatås in the Kålltorp area on the East Side of Gothenburg, the studio serves as a hub for both local Swedish and international yoga communities. Every week, practitioners from around the globe come together under one roof at our studio or join via Zoom to practice yoga together. Our classes are conducted in English and cater to individuals ranging from complete beginners to advanced yoga students. We offer group classes, private and semi-private sessions, specialized technique and alignment workshops, along with stress release and stress management courses, available at our studio and on Zoom. Additionally, we provide onsite sessions at your workplace for morning or lunchtime sessions, team-building activities, or other special events that integrate yoga, mindfulness, stress-relief breathing techniques, and a range of yoga styles—from gentle to dynamic—to enhance your employees' well-being and stress management abilities.
