UnicornX is an execution-focused founder-building program inside the STEMA ecosystem, designed to turn early-stage ideas into real, operating companies. We don’t teach startup theory in isolation. Founders are immersed directly into the startup ecosystem and guided through how companies are actually built, operated, and scaled — from the inside. The program runs on structured weekly sessions and admits a limited number of startups per cohort (5 slots only). UnicornX is supported by a dedicated internal team managing operations, mentor coordination, and ecosystem access. What Makes UnicornX Different Real Operators, Real Experience Founders receive direct guidance from experienced operators, consultants, and startup leaders connected to the STEMA network — people who have built, operated, and scaled real businesses. Inside-the-Ecosystem Access Startups are taken inside the broader startup ecosystem and exposed to how real companies operate. Founders also gain visibility into how STEMA itself functions internally — from execution to decision-making. Execution Over Education Education is fully provided, but always tied to execution. Founders learn while actively building, validating, and operating their startup. Network & Opportunity Flow Startups gain access to curated networks, ecosystem connections, and timely exposure to relevant opportunities through STEMA’s channels. Emergency Support When required, startups may receive emergency funding support to maintain momentum during critical phases. Structure & Pathway • Startups operate under structured weekly guidance through UnicornX • Each startup becomes an Associate Company of STEMA, gaining long-term ecosystem support • Engagement is structured via either equity (valuation-based) or a monthly model • High-performing founders may be selected into the STEMA Builder’s Club, where they get the opportunity to run and scale an active startup within the STEMA ecosystem
