Outbound : Supply chain planning for Retail network Technology Consulting - Managing large IT transformational projects as “owners engineer” CIO on Demand as a service : Organizations use the services of Unigrow to provide the role of CIO. Responsibilities include strategizing, breaking into operational plan and implementation with specified deliverables. Reviving failed/struggling technology implementations specially focussing on SAP Technology evaluation especially in the application space IT advisory and audit Presently Unigrow is working with 50+ reputed organizations across industries.
