Unimedic Ab Matfors

Unimedic is a full-service partner (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization) for pharmaceutical companies. We are specialized in liquid pharmaceuticals and have long experience from both sterile and non-sterile production. It started in the mid-60's as an extempore pharmacy of the time, privately owned and located in Matfors in the middle of Sweden. In the 1970's, pharmacies were all nationalized and the laboratory in Matfors became a part of ACO. The ownership went in the 1980's first over to Kabi and later to Pharmacia. Finally, in 1992 Unimedic AB was founded by Nils Ivrell, Lennart Leyonberg, och Kenth-Olov Norman. Since 2006 Unimedic is a wholly owned subsidiary to MedCap AB (publ), listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Small Cap.
