Our mission focuses on the financing of public and private projects, and assisting investors (institutions, family businesses and Private Individuals) in their alternative investments. The process begins with an application submitted to Union Capital. An internal review then leads to a soft term sheet. After submission of additional due-diligence material and inspection reports, a final term sheet is proposed.
