On its formation, the Company acquired the trading rights of Muhammad Ismail Mughal, Member Islamabad Stock Exchange, and thereafter acquired the trading rights of Lahore Stock Exchange on 2 December,2002. Later, after the merger of Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad stock exchanges into Pakistan Stock Exchange, the Company acquired the trading right certificate of Pakistan Stock Exchange #324 in 2016. The Company is engaged in the trading of stocks and shares and to act as brokers for the same activity for its clients.
