Union Trade Gear exists to provide dignity and inspiration to Americans in the critical infrastructure trades, their families, and supporters across this great union of ours. We want to equip you to encourage, support, and elevate the tradespeople that are our neighbors, friends, family, and colleagues that have worked tirelessly through the pandemic and beyond so that we can all publicly show our appreciation for the safety, conveniences, products, and services we enjoy every moment of our daily lives. Through product design, art, and community we'll all create awareness of the skilled trades project based career opportunities and bring back dignified middle-class jobs for those looking to earn sustainable livable wages in nearly every sector.
