Technology, innovation and development, a winning combination which has made our company great. Uniplast is now known worldwide and its market has no borders and no boundaries. America, Europe and China are increasingly appreciating our experience in the sector. Uniplast was founded in 1971 and started out manufacturing technical articles, using plastic materials such as polymers. The market then evolved, so our company did too: nowadays, nearly the 80% of our productions are made with super and ultra polymers. That is why Uniplast has also specialised in injection moulding of these materials, which are processed with newly conceived technological plant: our moulding area is composed by 30 injection presses machines from 50 to 650 tons, able to create plastics components up to 4 kg. We design and produce all the molds internally: our project department is supported by the newest softwares such as Solidwork Plastics for CAE simulations and 3D machines to produce prototypes, our workshop is composed by 6 CNC machines (5 axes) which allow us to produce every year more than 70 molds. Research and innovation, of course, but also ecological sustainability.Respect for the environment has always been one of the cornerstones of our production philosophy. This is also one of the reasons why our company now operates in various industrial sectors, such as defense, hydraulics, high-tech and electronics.
