Unique Community Services aims to create a lifestyle for participants in which they can live their lives as they see fit while also developing their own growth. We’ve helped people with disabilities achieve their NDIS goals, gain access to their plans, and put them into action. Unique Community Services endeavours to give participants greater choice and enhance his/her independence and wellbeing. It is all about ensuring that they can spend days the way they want to, It needs dedication, a humane mindset and the determination to see these people overcoming their limitations and live their lives to the fullest. Unique Community Service supports participants between the ages of 7 – 65 years old with intellectual, physical, sensory, cognitive, and or psychosocial disability (mental health). Unique community services utilizes strength based, participant-centered approach when providing support, care and other well being services. We understand that each participant has individual needs and thus requires services.
