Unique Integrated Care is a compassionate friendly small integrated behavioral health agency with an interest in providing holistic innovative approaches that consider the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, physical, and social well-being for persons served. We place our clients at the center of their healing journey by providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can openly express their thoughts and feelings. Together, we work towards building resilience, coping skills, and achieving personal growth. The facility, conveniently located off the loop 101 and Southern in Tempe Arizona, offers Intensive Outpatient Treatment programs, Medication Management, Risk Intensity Criminogenic Treatment, Holistic Family Services, Specialized Programming for Neurodivergent Persons and Families, General Mental Health, and Programs for Persons Experiencing a Serious Mental Illness. Services are provided on an outpatient basis in the clinic or by telehealth in individual and group formats. We tailor our treatment plans to meet the unique needs and goals of the individual. Our staff are hand selected for their expertise and ability to form warm caring relationships that result in positive change and growth for program participants. Our services encompass a wide range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral therapies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness-based therapy, Positive Psychology, the Recovery Model, and Trauma Informed Care.
