Established in 1993 as a sole trader, Uniserv Enterprises has expanded into a limited company dealing with multiple social housing contracts. Despite our growth, we have maintained the family ethos and values that continue to provide quality, efficient and careful refurbishment and maintenance to all our clients, a service which is further improved by our considerable experience in the sector. Over 90% of our work is for Registered Social Landlords, including Hexagon Housing Association, Kent Count Council, Newham Homes, Lewisham Council, The One Housing Group, Advance Housing and Old Ford Housing. Our main office and storage depot is located in Bexleyheath, giving us easy access to London and the South East. Uniserv employs operatives from within our area of work, and we are proud to have a high level of staff loyalty; this along with long-established relationships with specialist subcontractors and suppliers ensures that at no stage in the supply chain is quality lost. This is reflected in our method of operation: • Assembling specialist teams of operatives who are suited to the task at hand • Providing quality control managers on long-term projects to encourage sustained relationships and business • Offering open-book contracting and a non-confrontational approach • Encouraging open communication environments We believe the most valuable asset of the business is its staff. By providing training programmes and promoting deserving staff to management roles from within the company, we create loyal and dedicated workers who sustain the quality of our work. Furthermore, the active involvement of the General Manager on a daily basis strongly supports the structure of the business.
