Unit 1 Films (Originally The SMP) is a film production & marketing company, created in 2011 by Anne Dawson, Lex Beckett and Hass Otsmane-Elhaou. We founded it because there was a clear need to create creative, interesting films for the corporate sector, bringing together our skills in our award-winning film work and our years of corporate video experience. Unit 1 Films is run by Ramy Mousa and Hass as the two main Project Managers. We are here to see you and your business through the process and ensure the end result is perfect. We are more than just professional film-makers, also having a deep understanding of marketing and branding requirements, and knowing that there is more to corporate video than to just supply a finished piece and saying goodbye. Unit 1 Films aims to work alongside your business and be involved with the marketing process along the way. Our focus is film production and marketing, but we do work with freelancers and teams through web design, photography, app design, print design and more, so Unit 1 Films facilitate projects broader than just film
