Unit Management Ltd. is a family owned-and-operated Condominium Management company operating in the Calgary area. The company was purchased from its outgoing broker by Jennifer MacFarlane and Robert Siklodi October 1, 2009 and has experienced tremendous growth since that date. The full portfolio of Condominium Clients is currently 23, with a number of proposals outstanding. One Associate Manager has been added and manages a portion of the portfolio. In-house accounting is provided by a qualified Property Accountant with 15 years of experience in the field. Unit Management Ltd's business plan, under the management of Jennifer and Robert, is a very low-overhead plan designed to provide its clients with the best possible management of their property by a designated, dedicated individual manager who is ultimately responsible to the client, less so to the Management company. Our vision is to provide individualized, flexible service to our clients as much as possible in the Condominium industry, with experienced Managers. Each Manager in the company maintains a manageable portfolio, and we have a minimum monthly management fee to ensure that our Managers are not overloaded in order to be adequately compensated. We treat our properties as our own, and see our clients as our friends, and want to do our best for them.
