Founded in 1985, the UNITe group develops, builds and operates local and sustainable electricity production plants: hydroelectric plants, wind farms and photovoltaic installations. The group has been working for more than 35 years to combine the need for energy and respect for the environment, and today stands out as one of the main independent producers of low-carbon, local, sustainable and competitive electricity in France, with more than 60 production sites. With its subsidiary GREEN-ACCESS, the group also occupies a leading position in energy recovery, in particular through the sale of Guarantees of Origin. UNITe is an independent, agile, financially solid group, rooted in the territories, with recognized skills in the renewable energy sector. Led by Alexandre ALBANEL and Stéphane MAUREAU, the group is currently undergoing a very sustained growth phase. Alexandre ALBANEL is also a director of the France Hydro Electricity (FHE) syndicate.
