Paul works with a small selection of clients on a variety of different roles. His clients are based in the UK, Germany, Netherlands, France, Denmark and Dubai. Paul prides himself on providing clients with an honest, personable and value approach to recruitment solutions. Each client has different requirements from start-ups to large organisations with multiple requirements. Paul is used to dealing with recruitment within all sorts of situations from a strategic senior long term hire to the solving of an immediate corporate hurt with a short term contract resource. Paul’s specialisation is in working with clients, understanding those clients and the type of candidate they need and then providing a small focussed amount of relevant candidates. He works closely with clients and aims to provide hiring managers with a value service whilst also saving the hiring manager time and taking as much pain away from the recruitment process as possible.
