To attain those objectives we always evaluate, not only the skills but also the personality and behavior of the candidate. This way, the profile contemplates all the psychological expanse in what pertains cognitive function emotional regulation and the subject's interpersonal relation capabilities- Precision in the psychological profile- Plain integration- Motivated and productive collaborator; In analyzing the function matrix, the qualities and psychological tools necessary optimum performance in general, are identified. Each function matrix corresponds to a psychological assessment matrix prepared carefully and specifically for the designated task. Our assessments are base, amongst other things, in: Factor correlation and character styles: The personality factors are underlying to the character styles. United Human Resources clearly identifies the different emotional styles, emotional defense, aggressiveness control, impulse control, interaction, activity, attitude, learning and character. Dynamic, operational assessment: We consider the complementing of normalized, formal evaluation with dynamic experimentation through role-playing or pedagogical materials that allow the operationalization of the evaluated concepts.
