United Search is a consultancy focused on the search and selection of business leaders in Spain and Europe. We work closely to industries such as Consumer Goods, Wines & Spirit, Luxury and healthcare. Most of the company-clients we partner are leading multinationals. As for the candidate-clients, they are international and oriented to challenges. We also offer coaching services, mostly focused on career and professional aspects, in order to provoke transformation within individuals. We are an active member of Barcelona Global non-profit association and of Fundació Exit, which helps young people in risk of exclusion to get motivated and prepared for work. We are a partner of Esade Business School, leading their career advising program for full-time MBAs and Executive Masters who are interested in pursuing their career in the FMCG and Luxury sectors.
