UnitedStyles is an online kids fashion store. Kids and their parents can choose and design kids clothes in 3D. This creation is produced on demand and delivered anywhere in the world. UnitedStyles has 3 founders: Dirk, Marc and Xander. They have different business backgrounds: marketing, internet and fashion. The result is a full load of complementary skills The founders are rebels who want to challenge the fashion industry fundamentally. Fashion industry has become boring, predictable, mass production business. UnitedStyles wants to explore new horizons and shake up the clichés. UnitedStyles chose Shanghai as home base. This town is bursting with energy and attracts young and ambitious people not only from all corners of China but also from the rest of the world. Chinese people are industrious, innovative, and entrepreneurial and open minded. It’s the best place in the world to start a company that merges IT with fashion and vice versa. There is both a large textile industry, nowadays including top class high end production, and a huge IT sector (no country has more people online than China and the centre of IT is Shanghai).
