United World Coaches

United World Coaches (UWC) is a Swiss based Association created in 2018. It is a volunteer run, non-profit organization, whose goal is to offer Coaching to humanitarian workers all over the world. UWC’s aim is to cater to people who devote their lives to help others. People who otherwise may never have had the opportunity to experience the transformative change that coaching can bring. UWC partners uniquely with local and international humanitarian organizations and non-profit organizations of all sizes who stand up for and support causes like human rights, protection of human life, climate action, sustainability, minorities, conflict resolution, migrants, education etc. with the aim to bring more dignity and less suffering to the world. UWC manages a network of selected, certified (ICF, EMCC, AC), professional, independent Coaches around the world who dedicate part of their time to Coach pro bono. These Coaches are then matched with our partners’ staff, for one-on-one, pro bono, personal and/or professional development Coaching. UWC also delivers on demand paid services such as workshops, Team and Leadership Coaching.
