We, at Unitemp are meat specialists, with over 15 years of experience on the Bulgarian market. Recently we opened a state-of-the-art cutting plant, the first of its kind in Bulgaria. Unitemp complies with all European regulations, and has the potential to meet the growing demand for fresh meat of our industrial clients and direct consumers. Until January 2007, Unitemp specializes in meat distribution for the industry, while Bartlink International is the company facilitating the import from South America, North America, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. According to Bulgarian legislation Unitemp and Bartlink International are affiliated companies. On January 1st 2007, with Bulgaria’s accession to the EU, we established the first plant for fresh meat capable of satisfying the growing needs of the industry in Bulgaria. It is built on m², holds Grade A energy efficiency Certificate and conforms to the highest requirements for quality and ergonomics. Unitemp Meat Factory incorporates high technology and has the biggest industrial capacity in Bulgaria: 60 MT per shift – 40 MT pork and 20 MT beef. The complete equipping of the plant has been designed and developed by leading European companies. In April 2007 we have been approved to export our production to the united European market. Implemented HACCP system and innovative technology meet the highest European and world technological requirements and sanitary norms, and guarantee the highest quality of our products. Rigorously working under the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) has resulted in continuous partnership with some of the largest retail chains in the country.
