Our members deserve to feel cared for. We have a real person answering the phone, and everyone is responsible for making members feel welcome and appreciated. When we serve our members, we listen to their individual needs and provide financial products and services that best suit their financial well-being. As a financial co-operative, we believe that the profits should benefit the people they serve. Money left over at the end of the year is shared back with members in various ways, including community donations, scholarships, patronage payments, and returning of service fees. Unity Credit Union is a successful single-branch rural-based credit union with assets over $350 million and 35 employees serving members.
