Universal Access Development Fund
The UADF was established by the National Telecommunications Act of 2006, to promote universal access to telecommunications services in Sierra Leone. The Communications Act of 2019 renews the mandate, broadening the mandate to include broadband and other ICT services and establishes the Universal Access Development Agency (UADA) to serve as the administrator of the Fund.
