Universal Automation, Inc (UAI) was established 2005, specializing in Building Automation and Energy Management Systems. Delta Controls is a complete open protocol native BACnet system, with the flexibility to support large or small installations. In addition to Delta Controls, we install and service Johnson Controls Metasys products. Our team supports and identifies solutions for both complex HVAC controls and energy management systems. With over 40 years of combined control industry experience we provide the utmost professionalism with cost effective automation systems for buildings. Over the years we have worked closely with mechanical contractor, mechanical engineers, general contractor, and building owners to identify and propose solutions to remedy and/ or improve performance of the buildings HVAC system.
