The Directors of Universal Basement Waterproofing Ltd work closely with the manufacturers of the waterproofing products to ensure that we strictly adhere to the recommendations provided by them when installing any products whether its Type A, B or C waterproofing systems. Before any work begins, a full site investigation survey is carried out to determine the unique particularities of the property, such as ground conditions, future risks, the location of existing drains, a possible risk from toxic gases and the presence of other contaminants. After this inspection Universal Basement Waterproofing Ltd will produce the design based on the site survey findings. Included within our reports are internal and external observations on the day of the survey. From the moment we set foot at the property our surveyor will be carrying out a visual inspection of the area we have been requested to look at as well as having a general walk round the property for any issues that may be of concern with regards to property preservation.
