Universal Coaching

Our Universal Coaching Course gives participants the skills and ability to use coaching in their everyday conversations as well as in a more formal and structured way in the workplace or in their own business. Knowing how to support others is important and we teach you the skills and structure to do this well. You will know how to repeatedly have impactful, easy conversations where you help others get the most positive outcomes. It sounds simple, and on some levels, it is, however, the problem is that we are often not taught how to have these impactful conversations. We learn lots of skills through university, training courses and learning on the job, but we often don’t learn skills to help us communicate more effectively in a structured way – right down to what we can say, how we can say it, and how we should listen to get the results we need from individuals, and for the business.
