Universal Fans (Pty) Ltd specialise in the design, manufacture, refurbishment, maintenance, installation and commissioning of robust and engineered Centrifugal Fans, used in all industries. All manufacturing and welding is carried out using ISO 9001-2015 Quality Assurance / Quality Control and ISO 3834 Welding standards. The centrifugal fan range comprises of Single Width – Single Inlet and Double Width – Double Inlet configurations, with blade profiles comprising of: Double Skin Aero Foil Backward Curved Single Skin Backward Curved Straight Radial Forward Curved Radially Tipped Typical impeller diameters of 300mm to can be manufactured from various carbon, stainless and super duplex steels and if required specialized coatings can be applied. In addition to fans, a range of in-house engineered and designed dampers, acoustic silencers, starters and other ancillaries can be supplied. Universal Fans manufacturing facilities and sales offices are situated in Clayville, Olifantsfontein, Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa and enjoys under roof with its own inhouse dynamic and static balancing facilities, plasma cutting, bending and rolling requirements are all completed using in-house machines. Fans with motors of up to 400 kW in 380V and 525V configurations can be mechanically tested in our in-house testing facilities.
