ABOUT UHF Universal Health Foundation (UHF) is government registered (12A & 80G approved), Voluntary and Not for Profit Organization established in 2015 spreading Holistic Health & Happy Lifestyle that is managed by team of well-educated and accomplished individuals. VISION To create a community working towards the goal of “स्वस्थ मैं, स्वस्थ मेरा भारत”. UHF MISSION To achieve Holistic Health and Spread Happy Lifestyle by engaging Individuals, Society & Government for beneficial interventions at Behavioral, Social and Biological levels. UHF Determinants of Health Model UHF has created a Determinant of Health Model which categorizes various factors affecting our health under Biological, Social and Behavioural level. Steps towards betterment of factors can result in improvement of health (and happiness) status of our people, communities and eco-system at large. We believe there is immense talent pool out there which if trained, engaged and supported well, can contribute immensely towards the better health of Individuals as well as Society. SUPPORTED CAUSES We understand much work is needed in each and every determinant of Health, however UHF has consciously decided to support three main causes supported by our Sewa Model for the engagement of society • UHF WELLNESS – Healing Center of Excellence (HCoE) • UHF EDUCATE – Child Leadership Development Center (After School) • UHF SPORTS – UHF Football Academy (UHF FA) • UHF SEWA – various interventions taken up by individual, social groups via Government/Private resources towards betterment of any of the factors affecting our health levels.
