Universal Tekstil 1998 yılında, tüylenme yapmayan polar kumaşı ve diğer performans kumaş ihtiyaçlarına yönelik üretim yapmak üzere kurulmuş bir kumaş üretici şirkettir. Firmamız Örme, Boya, Baskı ve Apreleme entegre tesislerinde üretmiş olduğu ürünleriyle, iç ve dış giyim, ev tekstili ve döşemecilik sektörüne yönelik kumaş çeşitlerinin üretimini gerçekleştirmektedir. Time dergisi tarafından 20. Yüzyılın en önemli buluşlarından olarak gösterilen tüylenmez polar kumaşı Universal tekstil üretiminin en önemli bölümünü oluşturmakta, kumaşlarımız dünya çapında markaların iç ve dış giyim koleksiyonlarında kullanılmaktadır. Eğitimli iş gücü ve üretimde kullanılan güncel teknoloji ile firmamız Polyester Örme Kumaş imalatında Türkiye’nin lider firmaları arasında yer alırken, sektöründe yarattığı öncülükle dünyaya ürünlerini ulaştırmaktadır. Universal Tekstil tescilli antibakteriyel, terletmez, alev almaz, tüylenmez polyester kumaş çeşitleri ülkemizdeki kumaş üretim kalitesinin gelişiminde büyük rol oynamıştır. Tamamı kendi tesislerimizde üretilen, SO9001:2008-ISO27001:2015-OEKO-TEX STANDART100 gibi dünyaca geçerli belgelerle onaylı kalitemiz ile ülkemiz, Avrupa ve Orta Doğu pazarlarında, en gelişmiş teknoloji ürünler, hizmet kalitesi ve yüksek üretim kapasitemiz ile her geçen gün sektöre yeni bir değer katmaktayız. Our company has the technology and the machinery to provide all kinds of products and services from raw material selection to antipilling finishing processes, knitting and dyeing techniques to the production of raw fabric at the desired quality at our production facilities. The most important product of us is; anti –pilling polar fleece fabric, which is the most widely used outwear fabric all over the World. It was described by Time magazine as one of the 100 most important discoveries of the 20th century. Warm, soft, quick drying and light weight non-pilling polar fabric which does not cause any itching and discomfort upon contact with the body has only reached international standards in our country with Universal Textile quality. While our development we gave high importance to the quality standards. All fabrics produced are processed in accordance with OECO – TEX, Confidence in Textile standards and do not contain any chemicals which are harmful to human health. We became largest pile fabric producer in terms of capacity and quality in Turkey, Europe and the Middle East. Our facility holds ISO 9001, 27001 and Oeko – Tex 100 certifications and is a leading company in terms of technology, production and quality standards. We established an integrated facility that houses more than 250 circular and warp knitting machines with design quality control and dyeing departments. Our company, which continuosly follows new Technologies and printing techniques is able to print any pattern with digital and rotation print techniques.
