Founded in 1992, Marine Agency Univis Ltd. has been managed by the Director Helen B. Bespalova and the Managing Director Vladislav N. Surkov. Over the past two decades Univis has become one of the leading crewing agencies in Ukraine. Our success is the result of our long term commitment to the continuous process of improving our Quality Management System and its implementation throughout the company. Nowadays, our clients are all world class shipping companies based in Canada, Cyprus, EU including Germany, Great Britain and Greece, Japan, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates. UNIVIS completes globally to ensure it receives recognition as one of the best providers for the marine trade. We are therefore providing our clients with highly qualified seafarers, those who meet the requirements and standards of the modern marine industry. Our data base consists of more than 45 officers and ratings for the different types of vessels. The structure of Univis is designed to ensure fast, flexible and efficient reaction to all our clients' requirements. Our team's expertise is ensured due to crew managers' specialisation in accordance with the types of vessels they support and the existence of specialised departments, that enables our team to plan and arrange in time the crew changes for more than 275 our Client's vessels. A well organised network of subcontractors consisting of crewing agencies located in the main ports of Ukraine, Russia, Georgia and the Baltic States is a significant asset that allows us to provide any required vacancy in time, this is especially important during the busy summer period.
