Founded in early 2022, Unreal is a company that develops and manages real estate in real estate markets which are on the cusp of rapid development. During the depths of the Covid-19 Pandemic we acquired 3 distressed hotel assets in the up-and-coming tourist town of Kuta Lombok and successfully relaunched them as adventure tourism accommodations. Fast forward 2 years later to 2024 and Unreal has scaled up to 9 properties across 3 destinations totaling 570 beds with Assets under Management of USD 3.3 million.
