The “Unregular” dream expands. From making pizza in their apartment back in 2020, Gabriele Lamonaca and Paola Sinisgalli step gracefully into their dream of bringing high quality Italian modern food concepts to New York City. It all began by bartering pizza from home and then opening the first Roman-style pizzeria in May 2021 in Union Square. Unregular Bakery, like the original pizzeria, is located in Union Square and its secret weapon is its bomboloni and croissant menu co-created by Chef Warren Rojas.
