Untapped Potential Llc

Untapped Potential was established in 2009 to provide services that promote the growth and development of children in the Georgia community. Our initial focus was to provide mentoring programs to children in schools and the Juvenile Court system to help them mitigate educational challenges and overcome trauma associated with their past experiences. We soon realized there was a pressing need to expand our services to reach and help more children. Responding to this need, Untapped Potential evolved into a state wide DFCS (Department of Family and Children’s Service) approved agency providing a wide array of support services to multiple counties across Georgia for youth between the ages of 18-21. Untapped Potential is now a full service organization that takes pride in providing critical support services that reflect our core values of Empathy, Compassion and Respect. In addition to providing family and community based physical care and health services, we prioritize treatment that breaks the cycle of physical, mental, and emotional abuse as well as generational system involvement for individuals and families. Mission To enhance the quality of life and promote the social well-being of vulnerable children and young adults by helping them fully realize their untapped potential through education, intervention, protection, support and advocacy. Vision We envision a society that is safe, sound and secure for the healthy development of children, families and communities. Our Programs Untapped Potential Wraparound Services are available throughout several Georgia counties. Our focus is to address the underlying needs of traumatized children and youth by providing individualized, wraparound services designed to help each client heal and grow.
