Uottawa Autonomous Vehicles

uOttawa Autonomous Vehicle Team is a competitive club focused on creating autonomous systems through a interdisciplinary team of Electrical, Mechanical, Software, and Computer engineering students. Our club was founded in 2019 with the goal of exploring and advancing the field of autonomous vehicles using ROS (Robot Operating System) and computer vision. Our club is made up of a diverse group of students who are passionate about technology and are interested in learning more about autonomous vehicles. We welcome members from all academic backgrounds, including engineering, computer science, and mathematics. Our club is dedicated to providing a collaborative and supportive environment where members can learn from each other, share ideas, and work together to achieve our goals. We believe that the best way to learn is through hands-on experience, so we prioritize project-based learning and encourage our members to take an active role in the development of our autonomous vehicle projects.
