Up & At It

Up & At It! is an California nonprofit organization that offers tailored core life skills through workshops and services to disadvantaged communities (recovery-based operations, transitional living facilities, homeless shelters, domestic violence shelters, Native American and Alaskan Indian communities, group homes and any other entry or re-entry facility). We add value by assessing what services are currently being offered to our client base. We determine what additional workshops and services may be needed and utilize our volunteer and workshop leader bases to host a two- four day workshop series designed to bridge the gap. We will reach out to more than 600 individuals each year and will encourage and empower our participants to create significant, lasting change in their own lives. We serve others to enrich our own lives and to live a life of purpose.
