Up Consultancy is present in 4 steps of the entire service supply chain. First, our team of analysts identify major needs in the system, providing Management with a detailed diagnostic sheet. From this diagnostic sheet, our team of Supply Management gathers a short list of potential operators to work with the Client. Throughout this phase we establish RFQ principles. Then, once the Client and our firm have agreed upon the right operators for each necessary service (KPI, SLA, and Performance Follow-up), our contract team designs the detailed contract conditions between both parties. Up Consultancy not only helps Clients choose the right partners, but also guides them cut costs and become more efficient by adapting THE adequate software solutions.
