Welcome We have been off to a busy start, offering businesses an intelligent and simple contractor on boarding solution. We would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves and explain how we work, and we would like to emphases that we are not a recruitment agency but an introductory service that bridges the gap between clients and contractors. In recent years businesses have increased the number of contractors they have used and the industry is growing at a steady pace. At Up Contracts we want to become a big part of this industries growth and help drive the use of professional contractors within the financial sector. The solution on how to help businesses is simple, its all about cost, time and effectiveness. So focusing on how the industry is currently structured, businesses have two options, they can either recruit externally / internally or they seek solutions through a second party like a recruitment / contracting agency. Its obviously more cost effective to recruit externally / internally however this takes time. And its obviously more time effective to use a recruitment / contracting agency however this process comes at a much greater cost. We are here to provide businesses with a new and modern solution, so what do we do? We hold a large and growing data base of professional contractors throughout the UK and our aim is to introduce them to work in and along side businesses tied and bound by a contract that can be as simple or as complex as needed. So what don’t we do? We don't do the recruitment process as we feel it is the responsibility and benefit of the client to conduct this process them selves. We don’t have any involvement in the relationship between the Client and the Contractor because again we feel in order for a business to benefit most the client should have a strong relationship with the contractor and not a third party.
