CATALYST - for the boss/owner and FASTER TRACK for the people that have to work for them! Work also takes us inside the business where we engage in process mapping, meeting facilitation and setting up systems geared to measuring performance and advancement of people and teams. If its a new role, or a promotion we help with business planning, personal coaching and mentoring. We run modules on presentation skills, professional selling and negotiation. All or any of the above can be crafted into a bespoke company project for you.
