Up Grader

The Up!Grader Institute is a nonprofit organization that aims to develop one's Professional, Personal and Social skills. Launched in late 2009 by the need for greater collaboration and unity among college students in favor of the approach and understanding of the labor market, business economics and careers - and their consequent impact on society. Young people need to make tough decisions, and not always have adequate support so the Up!Grader emerged as a tool to prepare college students to entry into the labor market, through exchanges of experiences and exercises of self-knowledge. Until today our more than 45 volunteers have assisted around 1,500 top university students in 8 major cities in Sao Paulo State.
