Up Ibalon

UP Ibalon is a socio-cultural organization of UP Diliman students from different provinces in the Bicol peninsula. Founded in 1974, UP Ibalon is the ONLY REGIONAL ORGANIZATION of Bicolano Students in UP Diliman. It has persistently propagated the much-revered Bicolano culture, honing the cultural and social consciousness of its members. Scholastic excellence and leadership in all fields remain to be its main thrust. This year, UP Ibalon marks its 47th anniversary with renewed commitment in its adherence to the promotion of active and socially relevant Bicolano culture, and to give back to its native land.
