Upcycle Energy

We create energy by upcycling plastic bottles and help the 750 million poorest people on the planet transition from kerosene lanterns to sustainable lighting. This project addresses 5 of the 17 U.N. sustainable development goals- Our individual off grid power supply helps people charge their mobile devices during extended power failures caused by extreme weather events and natural disasters- Our technology will help bottling companies make the transition from single use plastic packaging to multi use plastic bottles, keeping many hundreds of millions of bottles out of landfills, our rivers and oceans. WE'VE DESIGNED THE FIRST CONSUMER PRODUCT WHICH REQUIRES THE USER TO UPCYCLE A PLASTIC BOTTLE IN ORDER FOR IT TO FUNCTION.
