For a while now, I’ve wanted to do something that gives back — something that bridges the small but crucial gap between what students learn and what the workplace expects. That’s how Upgrading Talent started. It’s a volunteer-driven, non-profit initiative where working professionals come together to guide students — through mentorship sessions, resume workshops, interview prep, and real-world HR insights.
