UPLIFT Foundation, Inc. is a start-up adult education and mentorship business created to bridge the inequity gap between young BIPOC graduates attempting to gain a college education in STEM-related fields. Our primary goal is to provide an on-ramp to higher education through technical training, partnerships with real-world software engineering organizations, and financial assistance with college. The outlook for BIPOC engineers is promising, and UPLIFT Foundation, Inc plans to be an instrumental part of bridging the gap between the lack of diverse tech talent and providing the necessary training to succeed as a software engineer. Our Non-Profit Organization offers - Real-world on-the-job training at a rate above minimum wage - Hardware and software required to learn software engineering skills - Entry-level job opportunities partnering with local and national tech organizations - Social Capital Development coaching - Software Engineering Technical coaching - College Planning with the intent of reducing tuition through in-state and community college programs- Financial scholarship assistance for those who qualify
