Our online course development is currently about resilience-informed and trauma-informed practice for educators, physicians and HR professionals. Our educational consulting practice continues to support our clients in transforming their training. Our clients frequently ask for our help with improving training development processes, determining instructional standards and developing evaluations for learners, courses and programs. Our support helps training dollars make long lasting returns. Ernestina Malheiro is the Founder and Educationalist at Uplift Learning Inc. A passionate educator and mental health advocate, she’s been on a 20-year mission to explore the role of education in mental and emotional health. Her experiences and MA research into trauma have led her to recognize the challenges faced by people trying to access appropriate, trauma-informed services. We have over 20 years experience in elearning, curriculum design, instructional design, emental health and training.
