Uplifting Job Seekers NPC is a purpose-driven non-profit company founded to empower job seekers in South Africa's townships and underserved communities. We believe that everyone deserves a fair opportunity to succeed in the job market, regardless of their background or circumstances. Our mission is to bridge the gap between unemployment and opportunity by providing professional CV writing, interview coaching, and skills development support. Through community outreach, social media awareness (including our TikTok page @KudumaWEna), and local partnerships, we equip job seekers with the tools and confidence needed to secure meaningful employment. Founded by Mawande Molosi, a recruiter with over 9 years of experience, Uplifting Job Seekers NPC is on a bold journey to establish career centers in townships across South Africa—spaces where hope meets opportunity and where potential is nurtured into progress.
