We recognise that our careers are not ours alone; they are shaped by the societies we live in and the cultures we work in, influenced by the narratives we absorb and the interactions we engage in. These factors affect our access to opportunities and shape our self-perception and interactions with others, but by bringing people and conversations together, we help to rewrite narratives that are limiting and create more opportunities for everyone to excel in our professional journeys.
