Ever since Amy was young, growing up in the suburbs of New Jersey, USA, she has always had a strong interest in sport and fitness and in how the human body works at all levels. Through her life, she has participated in dance, gymnastics and has played on various state, national and international level sporting teams, which she feels has helped her to better understand movement and injury.
