Upsidestate was founded late in 2019. Its main activity is to develop real estate projects in Greece (Athens and its suburbs, islands, etc.). All the development process will be handled by Upsidestate to ensure the best and highest return on investment of our RELP including finding the right property or land, raising the necessary fund for each project and implementing it until the last step of selling the apartments. The company works in partnership with sophisticated partners, lawyers and Real Estate advisors who value the highest levels of quality, safety and technical expertise, in both the residential and commercial sectors and doing everything in its power to make sure that your real estate development is a success.
