Upstart Creative Living

Upstart is a community built around the shared values of creative individuals pursuing their passions. We are a private club with locations across Los Angeles where artists, actors, musicians, DJs, models, comedians, writers, directors, designers and dancers live, play, collaborate and create together. Our members enjoy access to a private sleeping pod, and share amenities such as recording studios, self-tape studios, office space, gyms, dance studios and art studios. Applicants apply for membership at Upstart without having to submit to a credit check, prove their income or possess a savings account. Membership is month-to-month, allowing members all the flexibility they need to pursue their career without concern about signing a long-term lease.
