Our mission is to advise business owners on how to create and capture value in their businesses to meet their personal, professional and financial objectives. We help create value by formally establishing the value today, and then preparing and executing a plan to optimize the future value based on the owner’s desired exit strategy. We capture value one of three ways: 1. Sale (merger with or acquisition by a third party); 2. Succession (internal transfer of the business); 3. Dissolution (an orderly sale of assets).
