Upward Consulting operates out of St. Cloud State University, and is managed by the Master’s of Science Industrial-Organizational graduate program. Our mission is to partner with organizations to assist them in achieving their goals by providing expert advice and innovative solutions. We are committed to understanding our clients' unique needs and challenges, and to deliver high-quality recommendations that drive measurable results. Through collaboration, integrity, and a focus on continuous improvement, we aim to build long-term relationships with our clients and be a trusted partner in their success. We offer many services such as training and development, job analysis, and data analytics. Additionally, due to the fact that this is a student led program the cost of our services are significantly lower compared to those at private consulting firms. We provide services that address our clients needs by offering quality work at an affordable price.
